Last night after coming back from shopping Jalan T.A.R. I've baked myself a Tiramisu. Basically we didnt baked tiramisu, just chill it in the refrigerator.
And this is my 1st time trying to make TIRAMISU....
4/5 Egg Yolks
Mix Coffee Expresso with 4 tablespoons of Sugar for 1 1/2 cup.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar till fluffy in a bowl of a double boiler.
It's called Zabaglione..
In the other bowl, beat the heavy cream till fluffy
Get ready mascarpone cheese in other bowl...And last put the zabaglione and heavy cream inside this bowl.
Dip the lady fingger in the expresso coffee and arrange in a case like below. Then pour 1/2 on top of the dip lady finger. Can repeat until 2 layers. Lastly sifter coco powder on the top layer. Keep it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
