I need to BF more and work out too. But bile nak kuar work out nih. Some people said x bleh lg. Kene tunggu lg sebulan 2. Aduhai....Sadisnyee!
Ni yg rasa nak wat Tummy Tuck nih! huhuhuhu (berangan je la!)
And tension gak bile setiap kali nak update blog xleh nak upload gambar. I want my cable..."Dad, can u post my cable here?" **panggggg**
But YAY! Thousand YAY...

same with me too.. i pun baru je lps brsalin but still cannot wear my old jeans, until now still kene pakai prgnant jeans lagi.. its all bcoz of the tummy jugak la.. same with baju, baju yg lama2 b4 prgnant nak pakai pun a bit tight skit coz of the breast dah kembang skit la kan sbb kita produce susu after brsalin.. tp xpe la, our susu badan is the best for the baby.. but like u baru je nak hbs brpantang if nak exrcise pun jgn too heavy sgt, sbb takut organ2 dlm badan tu baru je nak baik balik nnti jadi lmbt baik plak.. tp if u fully breastfeed ur baby insyaallah easy nak turun berat badan n ur rahim pun kecut dgn cepat.. like me pun juz diet je rite now, cita2 nak exrcise blum ksampaian lagi, but still brusaha jugak nak exrcise to be fit, healthy n get figure mcm sblm prgnant (hopefully).. all d best to u to yaa..
ReplyDeleteanony: yup, i x muat lg. huk huk cediy! Kat perut je, peha still ok. Baju rasanya muat lg tp tang lengan huhu a bit tight.
ReplyDeleteI nak bersenam pun maybe after march la kot. Tunggu baby besar ckit. Yup I Fully BF, n alhamdulillah turun byk n rahim pun dh ok (mak bidan ckp!)..
I nk start ngan swimming dulu, gain stamina then baru jog and sit up...I hate my tummy! huhu
