Last Saturday is Qistina Birthday. She is my schoolmate doter, Nor Izwanie Nordin. We've been fren since high school. Mula2 tu xde la rapat sangat and after school we became closer.

On 25th Mac ari tu is her doter 1st Birthday. I still remember the moment I visited her after delivered Qistina last year. So little. And now she's ONE! This thing will happen to Nazhan soon. We cant stop them to grow.

Aku bukan B2B lg dah...dah masuk phase mak budak..M2B pun dh terkeluar.

Last year pun ade wat gak gathering ni kat The Zone. Ramai yg bukak booth jual n sewa barang2 wedding among bride to be which price die a way cheaper dr kat luar. So masa ni lah gath untuk gain ilmu menguruskan perkahwinan sendiri serta update with each other what is the latest in wedding market.


Untuk coming B2B gath event I'm not sure diorg nak wat pe kali ni. Heard more to gathering sesi berkenalan, makan-makan n etc. I think Farah Fatihah knows better.

Bile la aku nak gi swim utk kuyuskan badan ni and at the same time gain stamina back....

Sekarang ni cam susah ckit nak g swim sebab xde sape nk jg nazhan. Dady plak stil ade klas until end of April. Maybe by that time baru aku bleh start swimming, jogging and jaga badan sepenuhnya. Dan x lupa jugak untuk start my project yang tertangguh sekian lamanya.

Ok back to cite swim nih. Dulu masa aku kat Uniten aku rajin swim. Aku start swim ms umur aku 8 tahun. Masa tu aku ada asthma and doc advice untuk diving selalu kerana ia dapat menguatkan paru2 and mengurangkan sakit asthma aku. Well asthma aku masa tu sgt kronik. Tp aku x kn escape dr men sukan sebab aku x suke org pandang aku lembik.

Aku penah cakap dulu bile ade baby nanti aku nak baby aku pun belajar swimming. Tengok cam matsaleh, kecik2 dah ajar anak diorg swim.

Susah bebenor nak hupdate blog lately. Semuanya sebab kekangan masa. Kalo dh balik umah of course mengadap si kecik je. Tu pun curi2 blogjogging jap masa tgh pump.

Kali ni cite simple2 je. It's about last weken punye Mother & Baby Expo. Booth yang best Susuibu.com, Avent, Pureen, Autumz and Combi. Tp aku xde la nak borong ape pun just beli storage bottle je. Sib bek la on saturday tu class hubby cancel. Dapat la merayap kejap kat Midval tu. Kalo x mau sangap berasap duk kat umah ngan Nazhan.

11 botol = RM 38.90 x 2

Bleh tahan mahal gak la. But for Nazhan punye pasal beli je la. Nanti nak simpan susu cam ne plak kan. Investment utk anak membesar.

Hubby still ade klas from 9-5. Nak x nk aku attend wedding kawan baik aku sorang ni. Actually die dah nikah 1/1/11 ari tu n kenduri on 2/1/11. And this time kat Dewan Seksyen 16 Putrajaya utk majlis sebelah lelaki. At last kawen gak ko Tasnim. Pas ni produce anak comey2 k cam aku! =p


Suke dress die ni. Simple je. Xde veil panjang bagai. Simple yet elegance. And x sangka plak yg make up die ari tu, Kak Eleena Lamat. Well aku penah wat part time jaga booth Eleena Lamat masa Wedding Expo kat PICC dulu.


Ni die punye guestbook corner. Well sume simple je about her wedding just like the person herself.

Masa tengah mengandung kan lil pumpkin ni lagi aku dah pasang angan2 nak BF die sampai 2 tahun. Tercapai atau tidak aku xmo pk, yang penting doa, usaha dan tawakal. Alhamdulillah Allah murahkan rezeki anak ku.

Suatu masa dahulu….*flashback mode*

After an hour deliver lil pumpkin, nurse bawak die masuk berjumpa dengan aku. Tujuannya bukan sesi berkenalan ok. Sesi berkenalan telah pun berlaku before that, ini sesi memberi makan anak ku kerana die sudah meraung2. Masa ni nurse akan ajar position untuk penyusuan, macam mane nak susu, macam mane xnak bg nipple crack n etc etc. Dan selepas itu berlakulah penyusuan antara ibu dan anak. Tibe-tibe rasa bahagia sangat wat kesekian kalinya. Time nil ah kolostrum akan keluar utk mengimunisasikan tubuh badan anak. Ianya mungkin sedikit tapi mencukupi sebenarnya. Dalam hati tertanya2 cukup ke keperluan si kecik ni. Apapa pun aku kene berfikiran positive, “Aku ade susu. Insyallah cukup untuk anak ku”. Actually kite x perlu risau pun sebab Allah telah jadi kan sesuatu bersesuaian dengan keperluan.

Seminggu pertama memang menyakitkan. Siap berdarah2 lagi. Tp aku kuatkan semangat walau macam mane pun nazhan mesti minum susu ibu. Hasil pembacaan and kongsi pengalaman ngan bloggers, having people yang sentiasa support BF membuat kan aku happy and penghasilan susu meningkat dari masa ke semasa.

Kalo dulu hasilnya 2-3oz utk sebelah, now dh full 5oz or more untuk sebelah je. Aku wat macam2 agar terus produktif. Orang cakap makan itu dpt menghasilkan susu banyak, aku pun makan. Orang cakap makan ini boleh dpt byk susu, aku makan. Macam2 lah just to make sure Nazhan dapat membesar dengan susu ibu.

Stock susu ni aku wat 2 minggu sebelum masuk keje. Ada kot dalam 20 packs and bottles. Mama telah clean kan separuh dr fridge ni utk aku simpan susu. Thanx mama! And she’s really showed how supportive she is for me to breastfeed nazhan just like my mom.

I igt nak gune bottle je, tp almaklum je la kn. Peti ais pun menumpang je so space adelah sangat limited. Kalo dah MIL bagi space store susu anak ko jgn la sampai ayam ikan die plak kene campak kuar. Melampau tu! So I kene lah cari inisiatif lain utk store susu. I baca 1 bloger ni gune beg plastic mcm 2nd row tu. But ari tu I pegi MLO utk cari beg tu. Skali die ckp die dh x jual beg tu sebab ade 1 article based on research mengatakan bahawa lebiy kurang 60% of BM nutrient telah diserap oleh plastic. Abis tu anak ko dpt ape?..Hampas?? 40% je nutrient. Rugikan…So die kate better gune bottle. Memang makan space tp menjimatkan untuk jangkamasa panjang dan juga memelihara alam sekitar. Ye la ko x pyh nak buang beg plastic byk2. Dah ler pampers anak pun ko buang..huhu


So semalam I g kedai jual barang plastic untuk dapatkan bekas ni.


1 bekas ni boleh isi dalam 130ml/4oz lebiy kurang. Jgn ini sampai penuh plak nanti xleh nak tutup. And bila nak bekukn die terbukak plak cap die, tercemar plak nanti.


So this is one of the example. I gune white masking tape utk label kan die. Ala salotape yg cam kertas putih tu boleh tulis2 atas die. I xnk gune marker nanti x cantek! =p


This is how we store in the fridge. Later bleh stack atas die dalam 3 tingkat.

Tp ingat nak kena beli botol gak laa...x confident gune bekas dadih ni..selamat ke x.

This is a story of my weken. Ingatkan bleh la nak update banyak2 tp x dapek laa. Bz memanjang ngan si kecik ni.

Aku dah start keje last week, and kirenye dah almost seminggu lil pumpkin di tinggalkan bersama nanny nya. And bila time weken tu bleh plak die merengek xmo tido padahal dah sapu2 muka. Agaknya nak tatap muke mummy and daddy puas2 kot time weken coz weekdays kene tinggal. Then ptg/malam baru jumpa mummy and daddy. Baru nak sampai climax main2 skali dah ngantuk. Ciannn kn!...wuuuwuwuwuw T_T

Ok citer dah terbabas. Back to the track….

Jumaat malam lps hubby ade kursus and left me alone with nazhan. Tp sib bek la mama and fana ade kat umah. Kalo x mauu…wuwuwuwuwu T_T.

Saturday plak one whole day hubby xde, still kat tempat kursus. And bleh plak si nazhan ni xmo tido langsung after his bath. Ayoyoyoyo…nk x nk mummy kene layan la anak teruna ni sampai daddy balik.

Malam tu daddy bawak makan kat luar, myb sebab rasa bersalah tinggalkan both of us. Hahaha…gerenti die gelak kalo baca nih! =p (bersalah kononnn! =D). So malam tu kiteorg ke Bangi try new resto called Wadihana Islamic Kitchen. Makanan not bad. Ada Itali (pasta), Western (steak & grill), Mexico and etc. Since menu2 ni dah sangat2 la familiar so we just order, soto ns impit, spaghetti carbonara, char kuey teow, and few drinks yg biase2. Signature dish die xde kot. Harga pun not bad, reasonable. But sorry no food snap.

But I sempat snap moment Anak Bapak.

After dinner hubby take over jaga nazhan. Phheeww! Bleh la mummy rest sekejap…tp still x dapek nk update blog.

I would like to share these with mummy and mummy to be who is currently breastfeeding and planning to breastfeed their baby.

I got this from my fren Ijah which I found it so funny and some of it true and it's happening to me.

This is what babies think when they poke us in the eyes while breastfeeding, LOL!




1. You do NOT talk to the other people in the room while you are feeding me. If you do this, I will pull off and glare at you accusingly.

2. You are to stroke my head or my back (the arm is also permissable) while I am feeding. A failure to do so will result in a whinge.

3. Laughter is not permitted. Laughter causes me to chomp on the nipple, hard. You will learn, eventually... I can do this all day.

4. Feel free to feed me in a noisy place, but do not contribute to the noise yourself. Mummy must be silent while I am eating.

5. You must smile back adoringly when I pull off and grin at you cheekily, not wince at the pain I am causing your nipple.

Failure to adhere to any of the above will result in pain for us both.

6. I like to have something to grab onto while I drink. If this means pinching Mummy's breast or arm, digging my nails into her collarbone, pulling her hair or clawing at her face, she will ignore it and continue smiling adoringly at me

7. Dont even try to be discreet mummy ... i like to be able to touch the boobie when im feeding.. Part B - if you cover me with a muslin wrap, I will play with it, and expose your boobie to the entire plane load of people getting on board!

8. Other children must be relegated to their appropriate place in the pecking order when I am having MY boobies.

9. If I fall asleep at the boob I am to stay there AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT attempt to burb me or put me down, I will scream like a banshee.

10. (as they reach toddlerhood...) Mummy, I am a big boy now and I try to inconvenience you as little as possible. I try to help myself to your boob when the thirst takes me and I am fully capable of lifting up your shirt, but you are determined to wear those bras. So I will flap your shirt up and down and make whimpering, "excuse me, I am PARCHED here" noises until you deal with it!

11. Mummy is not allowed to have hot meals. If a hot meal is threatening to be eaten, I will intervene with demands to be fed my dinner, which will save you from the dangers of eating hot food. Be grateful, Mummy - I am doing you a service.

12. I will take as long as I want to have my milk. Even if I am usually an efficient feeder I will have a leisurely 45min banquet when you are at the shops and have a thousand things to tick off your list. And beware- if you try to rush me, I will not be happy.

13. I love playing with your eyes and eyebrows, I will get angry if you try to stop me and may bite. I don't care if it means your make up gets smudged.

14. Breastfeeding is the perfect time to practice my acrobatics. There isn't any point in trying to get my to lay nicely in your lap like I used to. I want to jump around, put my feet in the air, reach around the back of you etc. If you lay down, and let me climb and dance around you while I'm feeding, I'll be much obliged.

15. Do not bother asking me to have one side and then the other. Both breasts must be exposed. Breasts are a buffet to be sampled left and right, left and right as I choose. I have a discerning palate, you know!

16. I never wait.. When I start grizzling that special grizzle you step up with the boob please. NOW not in 2 minutes NOW

17. If I decide to pay attention to my older siblings and ignore the breast, SO BE IT.

18. If I want to feed all night, it's your duty to obey.

19. And long after you've given up breastfeeding, expect me to come to you after a hard day's play and greet MY boobies like old friends I haven't seen in ages! This will include putting both arms down the front of your top for a boobie bear hug, or could end up with you wearing your top over your face while I greet them - while everyone watches on!

20. Your boobs are fair game. If they are out, they are mine to latch onto, even if I've already been fed.

21. You must not try on bras at the shops without offering me a feed. It is not fair to dangle those boobies in front of me and then put them away like that. That's just teasing and I won't stand for it.

22. I will pick the point just before a let down to pull off and have a good look around so anything and anyone within a 1 metre radius will cop a good spray.

23. And don't think you can sit on your lappy typing one handed on these forums and ignoring me.........I will keep kicking your arm till you stop typing and start paying attention to me so we can continue with the above 22 rules!!!

24. I will stand outside the shower whilst you try and shower in peace, with a pleading look on my face, yelling "Mummy boo boo??!!"

25. Unless the ENTIRE world has seen your nipple today, I will not be happy and will continue to show it off any chance I get

26. I am learning the parts of the face, therefore when I poke my finger in your eye, up your nostril, in your ear and in your mouth, while breastfeeding, you must repeat endlessly "eye-nose-ear-mouth", to my infinite gratification

27. You must let me check that no one else has taken the other boob while I am on this one oh and let me pinch you too mum!

MINE is 1,2,3,4,5,9,12,16 & 18. The rest I think it's gona be when he's a lil bit grown up...but hopefully not! =p




Some of it maybe applies when he grow up a lil bit. Now he just 2 months plus. So it's still at ease.

Ollaaa everyone! Wokes, yesterday entry about Beli Barang Baby. Kalo ade termiss out or anything please betul kan saya. And please share ur experience with me ya.

Ok now let me tell u a bit about penjagaan bayi eventho I know most of Preggy Mummy has attended Antenatal Class. To Mummy to be please take some of ur time to attend this very helpful class. Kalo dapat attend byk antenatal class from various organizer lg bagus. U will learn a lot. As for me one of succesful delivery is learning from Antenatal Class.

I'm quite lucky coz my mum is a nurse(Matron). She is one of advisor for Baby Friendly for Hospital Tunku Fauziah last time. Had a 4 kids and working as a nurse made her experienced enuf advicing me on baby care.

Alright, I share some of what learnt from antenatal class and what my mum tought me in order to discipline the baby.




Basic Practise for Baby's Bath.

Get ready the bathtub with warm water. Makesure u test the temperature with ur elbow.
Prepare your baby by swadling(bedung) him/her with towel.
Wet a cotton ball then wipe the eye from inside out. Mean from the nose side. Dont use the same cotton to wipe ur baby's eye.
Then clean baby's nose and ears.
For baby bathing, start by washing the hair 1st. After that wipe the hair.
Open up the swadles and wash the baby's body.
Last but not least dry the baby.



Baby's Dressing.
Get ready his/her clothes, barut, bedung, bootie/mitten, minyak telon, nappy rash cream, pampers at one side.
Rub minyak telon on baby's tummy and foot to avoid 'masuk angin'.
Then wrap with barut, wear baby with mitten n bootie, wear diaper with nappy rash cream and put on his/her clothes.
Last, wrap baby with swadle blanket.

This is what my mum advice when ever bath or dress the baby.

Setiap kali kite nak wat apa2 kat baby like mandi kan die, tukar diapers or what ever, please inform him/her. Cakap2 ngan die yang kite nak mandi kan die, nak tido kan die or pepe la yang melibatkan die. Mean here we give him/her some respect as we wana gain from him/her soon.

This is the time where u start to discipline him/her. Setiap kali kite wrap die ngan towel before bath, it's a sign to baby that it is his bath time! After dress the baby we swadle him as a sign for feeding time. Kire nye kite upah die after mandi la. Macam kite tengok dolphin show, after wat macam2 tuan die kasi ikan. Same goes to baby(bukan nak same kn ok!)
Everyday rutin die akan macam ni so die akan cepat faham kenape and apa die akan experience after we did something to him/her.

1 minggu pertama x perlu mandikan baby dengan sabun and shampoo. But after basah kan rambut die sikat dulu utk buang daki2 or saki baki darah kat rambut die, then only baru lap kepala die.

I x gune bedak. WHY?? Bedak ade talkum/talc which can harm baby in long term(google k!). I just gune lotion je. Tu pun after 1 or 2 weeks. Kalo ade bintik2 kat muke ke ape..use lotion!

Everytime salin or pakaikan baby with diapers please jangan lupa untuk letak nappy rash cream kat celah2 paha die and bontot. Prevention is better than cure. So stock la nappy rash cream banyak2 ok.

And my mum style is setiap kali baby berak bawak lah g cebuk. Basuh bontot die betul2. Kalo kite pun sure nak basuh ngan air gak kn, xkn men lap2 ngan wet tissue je. Cian bontot baby since tahi die ni akan menyebabkan penyakit. Nak anak anda sakit? Unless kalo salin kat tempat xde air xpe la. But later make sure u wash it.

So far i just mandi kan die skali sehari and lap2 badan die pada waktu2 len. Maybe after 3 months baru start mandi 2 kali sehari. And I do set time for my baby bath which is at 10 or 10.30 am.

Itulah serba sedikit pengalaman dari saya. Not so detail coz byk giler nak eloborate nanti.
